Our History
Carlos Zamora & Abogados was founded in 1952 by Carlos Zamora de la Sota, who practiced law in Santander for almost 50 years and had his first office in Calle Castelar 7. In 1968 he moved to Calle Calvo Sotelo 16 to join the firm of his son, Carlos Zamora Rivero, current managing partner of the firm, who earned a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and has been practicing since that same year.
Currently the firm has a staff of four lawyers and one administrative assistant.
We specialize in insurance law, administrative law, commercial law and energy law, and we provide integrated consultancy services for the international expansion of companies in foreign countries as well as the establishment of foreign companies in Spain.
From the very beginning, our motto has been to offer Real Advice to our Clients, to assess their possibilities of success and, as a last resort, go to court to defend their interests in the best way possible, always bearing in mind the possibility of settlement or mediation.
